This might be related to the mipmaps. If you save as dds make sure to tick the box called mipmaps in the settings. If you don't want to bother save your images in png and re import to studio. This you will have to so with all the swatches.

This you will have to so with all the swatches. Thanks for responding! This is my current settings in photoshop, I thought it defaulted to have MIPmaps on. linkand can you explain save in png? Do you mean save it as a .png file ?

Yes, I mean saving as .png image format. I see that mipmaps are on. If importing the .png files doesn't solve it, post your .package file so someone can take a look. Also, I'm moving this thread to the "Creators Help" section where it should be.

Well it's definitely what I told you before. The mipmaps. I exported all the images from Studio and re imported them as .png and everything looks normal now. See this from far away:

See this from far away: I didn't fully understand that I could export it as a .png file at first... I exported as a .dds file and changed it but it wouldn't work. I get it now. Thanks for help!
