i hope im posting this in the right place. I've been scouring the net trying to find out how to import a house made in sketchup or blender into the sims 4? i know we can import 3d objects but i haven't come across any tutorials on importing houses. please help , any tutorials or tips would be greatly appreciated thanx in advance

If you make a house in a 3d program you can import it to the game as an object. Is the same process as you would follow with any other object.
I don't know what is the porpouse of the house. You can't really make it funcional. It will be a decorative since EA has their tools to make houses and you can't really replace that.
If you want to replace the decorative houses that you see in the background of the worlds. You need to make an Override in objects and mark the debug option. You will find the houses there... You can import your own mesh too.
