Shiny arms on recolor [solved]

So i have made a recolor of this jumper using sims 4 studio, i noticed that in-game there is shine on the arms and i want to get rid of it.
I look at a tutorial saying i need to edit the rles image file. but in the warehouse section i dont seem to have thats :s
