Can you look at the Windows Event Log for any error log of Studio? Without an error log we can't know what happen in your computer.

I installed Sims 4 Studio, and when I open, a window saying "game patch" appears, and has a loading bar "game patching" and loads for a minute and the a small window appears "Sims 4 studios stopped working", then the app closes. Every time I try opening is the same thing. How do I get the app running?

I am having the same problem i am on Candy Apple s4s and it keeps crashing with no error message though.... I think its a bug
