After updating to Sims 4 Studio Harmony, as I prepared to create a two sim pose (after exporting their rigs in Studio)... while I was appending the second sim through File>Append>Object (In Blender)...instead of the usual items that were there, I was encountered by mannequin instead. BUT I noticed when I used exported rig files from before the update, the second sim appended just fine. Not sure what's going on. Can you guys help? I also noticed that when I click on the first sims blender file to begin with it looks like this....which is slightly different from the usual interface I see. *Edit: The orange Dope Sheet Summary was never there before.

hi! you have to append all elements that belong to the body. meaning everything but camera and lamps. I didn't know that the side sheet was there by default, I've always used it. once the rig is locked, all bones will appear. this is useful because a: let's you know that you've locked it, b: it's easier to pick the bones from there.

Heyo! It worked perfectly. Thank you. I just noticed the side sheet today after playing in Blender once I opened the new exported rigs. I am a little unsure what it means for a rig to be locked though.

I meant the locrot step. locking the rig position in place. there's tutorials of pose making on the forum. I'm on mobile right now.

I've looked at them. I'm just extremely bad at terminology for the pose making but as your explaining, I know what you are talking about now. You've been a huge help!
