MAC version needs to be updated for the toddler patch. They are working on it already. When it's done the links will be back. There's no reason to download a version that will not work for now.

I just registered and downloaded a PDFToolkit, which i don't think is what I'm after (but i may need it?) .... Im a creative person and have always downloaded mods etc for my game but never tried making any but i thought i could give it a try. I have a MAC though and at first, learned that i couldnt (unless i downloaded Windows, which i wouldn't) but I've seen that there is a version available now (but maybe not at this moment because of toddlers). Im sorry, I'm really new to all this, i did the custom content back when i played Sims 3 so i have a little experience (maybe 7 years ago though), if thats what you want to call it, haha, but what I'm wondering is if there's an update yet and I'm missing it? and what i have to install (all programs etc) to get it to work on my mac, and this is the main question, if its more of a waste of time for me to try it out? (i know only i can decide what i should do, but is it not for amateurs) Like, I'm a fast learner but is this something that i should do after trying something else and learning or just continue finding others' creations and leave well enough alone? (id really rather try it out, but i don't know much about any of this to begin with, and the tutorials i was reading just made me feel really out of depth, haha) Or if there's an area already about this sort of thing, I haven't really used message boards/forums very much and tend to play my game offline and away from people ahah so sorry if I'm bothering who ever started this thread (thats the name for it i think) Anyways, thank you very much for your time! I hope you have an amazing day ahead of you as it's morning for me but if it's night for you, i hope your day was, in fact, amazing! Thanks again! (i hope i did this right)

jamesmarie2557 Hi! The MAC version is updated to the toddler patch. If you want you can download it HERE (Click the blue link). This version is only able to do CAS stuff at the moment. If you want to start with the basics I'd recommend you do some basic recolors. For example, HERE are very basic recoloring tutorials for beginners. They are a series of videos. I would say you give it a try. If you have any problems along the way just ask! Good luck!

Just wanted to chime in on this thread to give a big thank you for the folks who put together a Mac version of Sims4Studio! I've been using the various Sims games on and off since 2000, but haven't made my own CC for *ages* because we switched over to Macs in the house years ago (I think a bit before Sims 3, but since that had so much in-game customization, it didn't bother me as much... but then I had problems getting the game to run at all, so I hadn't thought about CC at all for a long time).
Anyway, I only just got into playing TS4 last April, which is when I realized I wouldn't be able to mod my own stuff... but then a few days ago, I happened to notice the "Appletini" version of S4S was available. Even though I'm only to make very basic stuff, it's great to finally be able to do that - and also to be able to run the batch fixes on other CC items I download. So thanks again, your efforts are much appreciated! :D

All I did was try and do a object standalone recolor. Then received this. I am not able to post in the report section. I have updated my sims 4 studio to the current one, I don't know what I did wrong

Hi liltiggerlvr4, please update to 1.2.1.4. The version of Studio you have is not able to work with your patched game.
