Hi! I am trying to convert a piano from the Sims 3 to the Sims 4 and I am having an issue where chunks of the mesh appear to be missing. Here is what is happening: It works and is functional in game, but the pieces are still missing. Does anyone have an idea as to why this is happening, and how I can fix it? Thanks!

For me it looks like the faces are flipped inwards or that is wrong mapped. Try recalculating normals in blender and import again. If that doesn't work you will need to flip them manually.
If you need more help on how to do it please post the .package and the .blend you're working so somebody can look into it.
