I'm trying to turn a outfit from Vampire gamepack into a top, everything is perfectly fine except the texture is going to the leg. I don't know how to explain so I'll just show, it's just better. it looks like not a big deal but it gets real messy in game with the animations and all in blender everything looks normal tho does anyone know how to fix this? i'd really appreciate some help.

You have to edit the UV of the coat so that it doesn't overlap with the skin. You can read some things about here. fixed link

So, I need to get area 1 to area 2, right? I think I'm just gonna give up now hahahaha There's too little space left and I have no idea what to do :( But thanks for your time <3

This is not a good idea. In place of 2 (where empty) often placed parts of shoes. Above I have often noticed detail pants. Will intersect texture. You can compress textures bead and move them down. And in their place, deploying place 1 between hands, possible symmetrical parts combine and make space. as for me it is too time consuming work

You can make your vertex smaller on your UV by clicking C on your keyboard a circle will appear, then select the parts you need to move and then press S to scale them. When you move your mouse wheel up or down they will go smaller or bigger. Then left click to release then push G on your keyboard to grab them and move them where you want. Hope this makes sense.

I'm super sorry, i don't understand why the links broke. I fixed the link (it's the one Kymscreations linked too)
Those are the con of working cas items, there's something that will always be compromised. There's not much space to work with.
There's many workarounds with this, like overlapping (you have to flip it around) the sleves so they only take space of one arm. Also, reducing the details that are mapped on the extra parts to fix the part you want to move. You just need to play around and see what works for your item.
