this happens when I zoom out in game. looks fine in CAS. I connected all the separated vertexes and then solidified the mesh. thought the solidify was causing this problem so I put all new mesh of this but it happens again... :( I put all of the LODs and my texture is big enough ... alpha is ok :( what is the problem? how can I fix this ? please help me out [/div]

The image is very very small, but i'm assuming that the UV map of the shirt is too close to the corners of the texture. The alpha of the texture shouldn't end where the uvmap ends, you have to leave at least 10 pixels outside of the uvmap lines to avoid the issue you're having. In summary, expand the alpha channel of the texture (white parts).
