Hello everyone! This is not my first time using blender or creating custom clothes, but I am fairly new to it. I want to append an EA mesh (female top) to transfer the weights and uv_1, but for some reason the sims4studio_mesh is not there. I have tried re-installing S4S and appending the mesh in blender 2.70 and 2.76.
This is what the library looks like: imgur.com/a/6KBim
Any help would be appreciated .

What blender do you have installed? Please refer to this post: Hi. You need to use blender 2.70 to export the mesh from Studio. If you use 2.78 for exporting the mesh, even if you open with 2.70 afterwards nothing will show up since nothing has been exported. This is a unknown issue with Blender 2.78 and Harmony that some people are having and others doesn't. In the mean time, while this gets solved make sure to check the path Studio uses for Blender. You need to set it so it uses Blender 2.70 to export and import. Please check THIS thread for more info.

What blender do you have installed? Please refer to this post: This worked! I had 2.70 installed, but I think I moved it and forgot about it. Thank you so much!
