Hi! I have the problem that the preview pictures of the kitchen I made with Version 3.0.1.2 Harmony are not correct in game. It doesn't show the outer corner for example but shows the inner corner instead. Is there a way to fix this or do you have an idea why it is like this? Thanks in advance for your help! Oh okey. Es kann sein, dass derjenige der das erstellt hat den äußeren Tresen(?) mit dem Inneren vewechselt hat und es dementsprechend falsch angezeigt wird. Hast du schonmal Versucht den äußeren und inneren hin zu stellen um eventuelle Fehler zu erkennen?

She have her game in German. Sorry I tryed to make it for her easier... I mean to her that it is possible that the Content Creator edited the outer corner to the inner corner and the inner corner to the outer, that it switched wrong or something |

Its ok if you type in German, but also type in English. I had no idea what you had typed, I'm Australian we can't even read English very good.

Thank you so very much for your replies, especially the ones in German! Usually my team mates help me to translate because I don't speak English very well. The kitchen is an EA original kitchen from the Spa Day. I made recolours without adding custom preview Thumbnails so that the game would generate the previews. I cleared the cache but it doesn't help. Deleting thumbnails doesn't help. To do the recolours again with the latest S4S doesn't help. In 2015 I recoloured a kitchen without adding custom previews and the game generated them. Previews for that recolours are still shown correctly. But now it doesn't work anymore (with new recolours) and I don't know if it's because of an EA patch/change or if S4S has changed in this regard. (I don't know anymore which version I used back in 2015 which allowed the game to create the correct previews.) Should I post this question/problem in "Sims 4 Studio Bug & Error Reports"? GERMAN: Es kann tatsächlich sein damit dein Fehler aufgrund von einem der letzten Patches von EA entstanden ist. Ich hatte zum Beispiel mal das Problem, dass eine Stereoanlage die ich von Sims 3 in Sims 4 Konvertiert habe mal nach einem Patch wie ein Fenster war, sodass man durchschauen konnte. Vor dem Patch war sie einfach nur glänzend, ich habe mich zu dem Zeitpunkt aber nicht bemüht mein CC zu patchen da ich es nicht benutzte, nun seit dem Toddlers Patch ist sie wieder so wie sein soll, sie Glänzt aber ist nicht transparent. Das sagt aus damit sich manche dinge nach ein paar Patches von selbst Patchen und du nichts weiter machen musst als warten.ENGLISH: It can be that your issue comes from one of the last patches that EA had released. Last time I got a problem with one of my CC stereos where it gets completely transparent like glass because EA patched the game, before the patch it was glossy how it has to be. But at this moment I don't care about this problem and I don't patched it because I don't used my CC...now, since the Toddlers Patch the stereo patched itself and now it is only glossy again what I want. That mean that sometimes the best thing you can do is to wait for a new patch when you don't want to patch it by yourself.I hope you understand what I mean

Interessant, wusste ich noch nicht das sowas geht.
Das hat aber auch mit viel Glück zu tun.
Ich hoffe jemand von euch weiß trotzdem wieso die Vorschaubilder so falsch angezeigt werden, denn so wie ich das sehe behebt sich dieses Problem nicht von alleine.
