Does any one have any idea how to unwrap the uv's and keep the shape of the original uvs? Like half is EA-ish looking and I can't get it to unwrap similarly. The model is symmetrical... Any advice? The uvs were unwrapped correctly until I editted the sleeves, pressed symmetry and then they did this...

Does anybody know UV's well enough to know what the trick to this is...I can do it manually but it'll take forever and usually doesn't turn out right...I've been searching blender sites but haven't found it yet

Select the sim's right half of the front then in the uv window mirror on the x axis and move into position then do the same for the left half of the back. Then for the arms select the sim's right arm and do the same.

For future reference, I did half the mesh, selected all, duplicated with SHIFT D, moved it on the x axis to the side. Scale with S,X, -1. Moved it back over on the X axis, merged points in the middle. For UVs, selected the islands and moved them out of the way. Under UV, mirror, x-axis, moved them to where they're supposed to be and W for weld. If anyone knows a faster way, I'd like to know!
