I think it looks different because photoshop uses different color profile than your screen. So whatever you see in photoshop will look different on desktop. Honestly speaking, I don't have a solution for this, but may be someone else can help here. I mean you need to match your photoshop color profile to your computer's. It's not Studio's problem. Regarding the dark edge, the thing that you call "dark edge" is sims lips texture, the one that is on mannequin.

To be honest, I have a similar issue but haven't figured out an easy way how to fix it since I see only a subtle difference. I would suggest editing white edge on your lipstick, it will look too harsh in the game. You can do it with a big round brush with soft edges, and make that edge semi-transparent. Or if you save in .dds, you can do it alpha-channel. Make sure that composition method in your lipstick is set to 0.

In photoshop - edit - color settings. If its on custom change it too monitor color. I have no idea if it helps I just know the option is there :P
And/or play with the other settings

However i did accidentaly do something "wrong" and when i tried it out in sims 4 studio it was as bright as in photoshop but my whole avatar was black besides the lips. No idea what i did however :/ Maybe someone can show me how they make lips, perhaps im just doing something wrong

Check this tutorial. I think you deleted alpha channel by accident, but can only guess without seeing a .package.
