Hi! Sorry if the problem isn't clear because English is not my first language.
Although I've been playing for a long time, I am absolutely new to the creator business. I want to know is there a way to change the frequency of an action? For instance, if a sim is hungry, he/she will do the action of pointing to mouth and yell every few minuets. Let's say I want to change the frequency of that action, so that my sim point to mouth and yell every 30 seconds instead of minuets. Could anyone tell me is it possible to do so? I only saw the thread of altering the animations, but not of altering how often the action appears.
Thanks!!!

in the idle hunger interaction xml you want to change these sets of values <V t="enabled" n="lock_out_time"> <U n="enabled"> <U n="interval"> <T n="lower_bound">120</T> <T n="upper_bound">120</T> </U> </U> </V> to 30 this will cause the interaction to be unlocked every 30 seconds

Open sims 4 studio click the warehouse tab, go to the tools menu, click the extract tuning option, search for hunger, locate the interaction hunger idle, click it, click add to current package, make the changes you want, then save the package good luck

Your most welcome Hi! Very sorry to bother you with silly questions again! I study coding myself so I may read too much into the scripts. I was doing some experiments on the method you said. However it seems that not all interactions have the time upper/lower bound. Like when a sims is pregnant, sometimes she touched her stomach. I can't find the time bound in pregnant interaction. Could you tell me how to find it? Thanks a lot!!!

The way the hunger interaction works is the buff constantly sends for the I'm hungry idle but the timing blocks it to the upperbound lowerbound values. If I quickly look at pregnancy its in the Pregnant IDLE interaction, see first I looked at the pregnant buff to determine the connected interactions, then I traced them to the pregnant idle interaction and there is the upperbound lowerbound lock out time section . Hope this helps
