I made earrings in blender that sit on top of the ear, and various multi earrings for that punk style. The issue is i transferred the weights of earrings but i noticed that it does not work.
So i looked at other multi earring mods and they do not have transfers.
Is it even possible to transfer weights to the top of the ears? My tranfer was successful in blender but is not functional in game.

Hi! I don't think there's a specific joint for the ears. Earrings have only their weight assigned to the "b_head" joint only as far as I know. What doesn't work exactly on your earrings? Can you elaborate a little more and post the .package and .blend file?
Also, some people are having problems transfering weights with Blender 2.76 or 2.78. So you might want to try 2.70 to transfer the weights.

Cartilage earrings, and industrial piercings on the ear do not move, My blender file is a mess right now because the ears in the blender do not match the ones in the game so i'm always adjusting them. I am fine with transferring but i am wondering if the anyone has successufully transfered weights to the top of the ear because it doesn't seem workable.

I never have seen working ear piercings. Most likely due to the uv_1. In order to make something move with sliders, you need to have correct uv_1. But so far I haven't seen anybody attempting to make uv_1 for earrings.

You can't transfer to the top of the ear because there is no joint in game to do that. There's no join in EA's rig that controls the ear. It is only assigned to the head because is the only working joint the made for earrings. Also, if you notice not even EA's earrings work with sliders. They are all assigned to the earlobe and it's the part that doesn't change in size with the sliders.. Sadly you can't make a working moving earrings. What you can do is to place them in a normal ear shape and people will have to ajust their ear to your mesh and not the other way around.

I don't know what you mean by transferring weight to the top of the ear... If you can't transfer weight just paint it, that's the point of weight painting. But that's probably not your problem there, and nobody will be able to help you without the blend files and some screenshots.

There's not one for the ear in EA's rig. So this can't be done.
