Hi! I as a beginner modder also faced this problem and found a solution that worked for me. I'm not sure if user radussh13 still needs this answer, but I would be glad if someone else with the same problem finds this solution suitable for them.
Most likely the error is in the path, you should check the path to The Sims 4 game. It should be something like this: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4 (ending with The Sims 4 folder).
If the path is correct, you can also exit Sims 4 Studio and try deleting the Sims 4 Studio folder from the Documents on your computer (when you go back to Sims 4 Studio, the folder will be recreated).
This method helped to solve my problem. I've also seen instantly disappearing loading when clicking on extract tuning. I checked my game path which was wrong and changed it to something like this C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4. After that I got a warning (I can't quote it in full) but it said that S4Studio_v3.6.sqlite is being used by another process. I just saved the new settings and exited Sims 4 Studio. Next I went to Documents and deleted the Sims 4 Studio folder. Then I reopened Sims 4 Studio and everything worked as it should and I can extract tuning files directly in Sims 4 Studio.
I really hope that my comment can help someone with the same problem. If I am wrong somewhere I will be grateful for corrections.
