You cannot directly do that. The couple people who managed that where using ninja ripper to extract the IG sim meshes and textures.
So it is manageable but through a lot of research and effort on reorganizing what ninja ripper gives you etc. Of course the models would not be rigged and so on.

@pierae ixa1987 but what are you trying to achieve? Are you creating a CAS item? Pose? ... If you busy with a CAS item sim model will appear in blender in the exact clothes you cloned for your future project.

@pierae I thought so afterwords. Just guessing what I would do- I would clone outfit I like, append shoes, accessories and a hair... though you will still end up with the standard blender model but you can do make-up texture for her/him.

Same as pierae.. I know it is possible, and that people use sims 4 studio to do it.. The only way it is possible with sims 4 studio is to import the nude top and bottom and them import and append all the clothes, makeup, hair skin etc

It is possible to import adjusted clothes? Like for thin and fat sims or just the default?

ixa1987 I don't think so, I never come across such option, but you can modify the mesh in blender as you pleased. Also I've got a feeling it is not going to be a WOW quality of a rendered picture at the end. Most of the clothes and a hair looks sooo much better in game then in blender, did you see how alpha hair looks in blender?

I'm moving this thread to the discussions part since it doesn't have to do with s4s, but from the game to blender for a render. Also, i suggest you to take a look at this thread, since it mentions and explains what program you should be using to port the whole model. Since i've never used it, i can't help you with that. But there's some information there.

Xelenn , it can look wow quality if it's rendered in cycles with proper settings. I would say that you can get much better results when the model rendered in blender, especially when you can modify mesh of the rig when you want to take into account muscle shortening in certain poses. There is no way to make it happen in the game.
