I am not sure you realise the extend of what it means to mod your own career in the game. That means to develop it. Through coding. This is severely advanced.
Of course, if you could explain more of what you actually want to do, that would help in trying to help you.

Hi sunnysim28, as Zelrish said, if you're brand new to making a tuning mod you're going to need to do some code tweaking. While I would not characterize making tuning mods as more difficult than making a brand new mesh item by necessity, I do believe it's more difficult to teach someone else how to make a tuning mod than it is to show them how to make a mesh. Unlike making a mesh which generally involves a certain set of steps performed in a specific order that can be written in a step-by-step tutorial, there is no rote set of steps that needs to be done for each tuning mod and that will guarantee success. Because all tuning mods are different, there isn't a one-size-fits-all tutorial that can be written showing how to make the one you want. We do have a couple tutorials that show how to tweak existing career mods. These may help get you started as they show some of the most basic tuning mod features. Those are HERE and HERE.
