hi! Please remember to include the package and blend files when you have specific issues to be solved or else there's not much that can be suggested.

Your mesh contains both frame and mattress. As you haven't shared the files I can only assume that you have separate textures/images for the frame and mattress. In EA beds they will share the same image. This is also only a suggestion on my part (I apologize if it's not wanted) but it's much easier to unwrap the UV map and get good textures if you mark seams

I do not recommend meddling with the mattress at all. There are already separated single bed mattresses out there HERE and HERE. There is no reason to not just recolor one of those instead of rebuilding the wheel and doing so will cut down on the work you have to do. I also do not recommend making a mattress/frame combination item. Instead, just make the frame so people can use it with separated mattresses. This makes your job easier and the item more versatile. I think the gaps may be occurring because the image is on an alpha and you've mapped over blank space. The only way to know for sure is to look at the item.

I agree with OM the time I have accidentally moved a tiny bit of the mattress uv the bed fails to work properly. It easier to change a frame than to redesign the beds, even though I wish I could
