When you see that type of noise it means that there's overlapped geometry. Either on your group, or another group that is positioned in the same place as your item.
If you need more assistance, please share the blend file.

In the future, please share .blend files, not .blend1. Those are backups that blender creates, might lack modifications that your current blend has.
You have both reference mesh and current mesh on the same blend. Even if the reference is hidden, it is still there and it is overlapping your mesh. Delete the reference mesh and create your bake again.

You don't need to delete it. You can simply un-tick the little camera symbol next to the name of the object to not include it in the bake
