The Front looks perfectly fine ibb.co/hHAb55But then you look at the back and it has weird black/greenish spots and It looks ugly :( ibb.co/k5NCdQCan anyone help me fix this??? **Note that those greenish black things are not on my texture

That's how the preview displays the items, the shading it's in there by default. You should go in game and check if you see anything weird in there.

Okay yeah i see. Few issues though. #1 there's a weird texture there where it shouldn't be. How am I supposed to fix this? #2 Some parts of the dress aren't visible from certain rotations, That's only for the sleeves I've noticed. #3 It's obvious where the seams are, and it's a little see through ibb.co/kbM6oQ

And I've also noticed that my mesh doesn't morph properly. You can't morph the sim with it on, And when you take it off to morph the sim, The only difference noticeable were in the breasts. I'm pretty sure I did morphing step correctly when i used data transfer on my original mesh, So what's the deal? The skirt portion is the only thing painted yellow. And when the breast morphs, It also makes the holed seams more obvious

Looks to me like it is a weight issue and your uv is probably overlapping the sims body. Please post your .package and .blend file so someone can take a look at it.
