I just uploaded a thread in mod requests, in it I mentioned that I wanted a separation of the jacket from This Outfit and making it an accessory so that you could wear any shirt under it. I also said that I had already made an attempt at making it and actually got pretty far, but of course there were some issues. As you can see from This Image and This Image, there are some texture issues (I think) and some clipping (I think it's called that) going on. so if anyone could help me out a bit I would really really appreciate it. THANK YOU (I feel so needy asking for so much...)

Hi xshysimmerx The texture problem is due to the fact that part of the texture from the jacket is located at the same place as the Tshirt that your sim is wearing. Hard to tell how you could try to fix it without the package though. You will have to move some parts of the UV somewhere else. And resize them as well. The other issue is not a clipping issue exactly. This is due to the fact that the sims 4 only apply the textures on ONE side of the meshes faces (called the normals). Usually the outside. What I do to fix this gap in the inner jacket when I convert jackets into accessories is that I extrude the visible inner sides of the jacket into the body of the mesh. Kinda hard to explain without pictures and I don't have any examples at hand to show you :s
