Hey guys! I'm currently working on converting some tents, and I've come across a weird issue that I've been unable to solve myself. So, everything seems fine, until I load it up in the game, and it looks like this: It looks like there's a black hole eating my tent from the inside I have thoroughly checked the weights, and nothing seems out of place in that spot. As far as I can tell, there's no weird vertices, either. The tent looks completely fine in-game everywhere else, except this one spot. Anybody got any idea what it might be? I am aware I don't have any shadow LODs yet, I always do those last. I am also aware that the 'weights' aren't assigned necessarily like the original object (meaning I have no 'flaps' moving or anything), but that is fine by me. I want the tent just to be static, and it is functioning like that now, except for this one spot. It is cloned from the larger tent from the Outdoor Retreat game pack, by the way! hi! I notice two things on your blend.. You have a repeated uv_1. I would delete that. And you have extra weights, i'm assuming because you're using a newer version of blender. Please try to follow the "clean" step on the weight transfer tutorial to fix this. if it doesn't then i suggest using 2.70 for weight transfer. i feel that deleting the uv_1 should fix your issue. Also, there's unedited textures inside of the package that match the original tent's mesh.. so you should edit all three (bump, specular and extra black one) as well.

Looks like it was indeed the extra UV map! Weird, since, if I'm not mistaken, the original had a second UV map as well, so I figured I had to match that. The weights being weird like that is probably the fault of my Blender having hiccups for the last few days - I have 2 versions of Blender on my computer at the moment (one for S4S and the newer version for other stuff), and have had to reinstall them both, so perhaps I reinstalled the wrong version. Makes sense! Thanks so much for the help, glad the mystery is solved now. <3

Yeay! glad it's fixed UV and UV_1 are different, so they'll never be the same (share same uv). Even if the original object (buy mode) has one, just stay with uv_0 only.
