the shirt is floating because there is a weight issue. the vertex groups are there, but nothing is weighted. you need to redo your weight transfer. and the package file you gave opens up a different shirt..

But i wanted the shirt to be shiny and the skin to be not shiny. Yours probably lost its specular. Shirt no longer floats in the air thankfully. I dont know how to fix the shine issue tho.
Edit: I put the package without the normal map and it fixed! But my beautiful normal map became a waste now. ... How do i make a normal map that wont look like that in game

the shirt is shiny. i really don't know.. i think it's something wrong with your game. in my game it's shiny at certain angles because of how much shininess you added. it really does look ok to me.

I think I know the problem. I realized when I save my dds file in photoshop, it saves the alpa as white. Alpha being white effects the skin. I did the pasting red layer on alpha and pasting the green to red and blue. The problem is Photoshop doesnt save the dds alpha as it is. How can I fix this
Edit: OMG I solved the problem! I forgot to check the save alpha layer box while saving my dds file. That was causing the alpha to get lost! Finally
