I'm sure there's a relatively simple answer to my question, I just can't find it. I'm doing a "add CAS part swatch" recolor of one of Teanmoon's hair meshes (which their TOU says they're totally cool with). This is the first time I've tried to recolor anything and I'm really proud of myself. I think I've even manged to not include the mesh. But I'm rather particular so it really bugs me that the swatch order in CAS in game is messed up. This is what the swatch order on my recolor looks like: first screen shot. The first two rows have my recolors mixed in with the EA match colors the mesh came with. I was hoping it would look more like this: second screen shot, with the EA match colors all first and my recolors after. The EA colors on the mesh are numbered 1-18 when I look at it with S4S "My CC" section and the recolors on my recolors are numbered 1-64. How can I make it so the swatch order in game is the way I'd like it to be? Edit 8/13/17: I figured it out on my own by fiddling with it. Just as a test, I picked a different color swatch to start with (the last one there, the gray black EA match) when first starting a new project in S4S and when I tested it in game, it all ordered the way i'd wanted it to in the future.

Congrats on making your first recolor! To change the order of the swatches you will need to download this open version of sims4studio sims4studio.com/thread/562/sims-studio-windows-wishes-open once you have downloaded, you will have the ability to drag the swatch colors inside s4s and order them how you like!

Thanks for pointing me that way. That's a super helpful feature, but not exactly what I think I needed. The thing is, because I did "CAS add swatch", I have the mesh in one package with the EA match colors and I have only the recolors in a different package. They're ordered fine separately when I look at them with S4S. When I open CAS up in game, they're under the same thumbnail (instead of there being two thumbnails, one for the mesh and the other for the recolors) with the colors in the weird order from my first screenshot. My recolor doesn't have the EA match colors at all.
