I have the same problem, I think? I'm trying to modify a CC mesh to be less high-poly/more Maxis match for personal use, and at some point the mesh stopped uploading correctly. The original, unedited mesh uploads fine, but the one I've edited doesn't, S4S just loads for a bit and then nothing happens. I didn't change the cut number of the mesh, so I have no idea what I did wrong or how I could fix it. I'm using the current, newest version of S4S, so I doubt it's a problem with the program. And since the original, more high-poly version of the mesh uploads fine, it would be weird if it was a problem with the poly count, but I honestly don't know. Here's the original, unedited mesh, and here's my edited version.

andrew The shirt in my screenshots is Peacemaker's Loose and Cut tank top, though the problem is definitely not restricted to this particular shirt, a lot of other long CC shirts have the same problem.

I'm not sure if this is related to the CAS meshes distorting issue mentioned earlier in the thread or if it's a separate problem, but after the new patch(es) long CC shirts on male sims have started to clip below their stomachs. It doesn't even take the body sliders to be maxed for it to happen, but the bigger the sim the more bad it is. At first I thought it was just this one CC shirt, but turns out a lot of long shirts have this problem. Any idea how that could be fixed or if it's something could be made fixable via a batch fix?

I have the same problem with the floating accessory: I tried to make a skull ring (by combining a base game ring with the skull from the necklace), and the ring part is fine but the skull part floats: I used OM's tutorial to assign the joint and it seems to have worked as the ring is in the right place and the skull follows its movement, the problem is the floating. I'm very new to this and can't tell what's gone wrong, so I would really appreciate if someone could take a look at the .blend and help me figure out how to fix it. Thank you in advance!

Hello! I only recently started experimenting with Blender and mesh-editing, so I'm a complete newbie to this. I wanted to convert the rubber duck toy into a decorative item (so my sims would stop cleaning it up), and after a lot of trial and error and help from this forum I managed to do it. However, now when I tested the item in the game it seems to work otherwise fine, but when I zoom in its texture disappears: Like I said, I'm totally new to this so I don't even know where to begin trying to fix this, so any help would be very much appreciated! The .package file of it is here in case that helps.

Sorry for resurrecting this thread, but I was editing a mesh of an accessory hoodie in Blender to be less poly-heavy and more maxis match for my own personal use, and at first everything was fine and the mesh imported into S4S fine. Then suddenly it no longer did: when I tried to import it, the program loaded for a bit but then nothing happened. I didn't change the cut numbers or anything, only edited the mesh, so I'm a little confused as to what I did wrong since it worked fine at first.

I can't find the option to attach things, but here's the link to my failure of a duckie. For some reason when I import the mesh into S4S, instead of replacing the mesh of the books it just sort of...mashes them together? EDIT: Managed to figure it out, I'd made a mistake with the cut number after all!

I'm sorry if this has been asked and answered before, but I tried to turn the toyduck into a decorative, non-playable object. I replaced the mesh of the small stack of books with that of the duck in Blender, but when I import that mesh into S4S, the mesh of the books still appears and the duckie has no texture, like this: Can anyone help me and tell me what I'm doing wrong and how I could fix it? (Also sorry in advance if this is a really dumb mistake with a really simple solution, I'm a complete newbie to this!)
