You can't, you would have to make a new package for a set with bumps. A mesh only has one DST bump map image.

I don't dabble with CAS meshes but maybe it's a weight issue. Can you post a picture. Maybe someone else who knows more than me can help you

In the Sims 4 Studio check and see if the Blender path is set to the folder where you extracted or downloaded blender to.
S4S > Settings > Blender Path > blender.exe)

There is no kitchen cabinet tutorial, as of right now. I suggest you head over to the tutorial page and learn the basics since it's basically the same steps. Also studying a base game cabinet mesh in blender can be helpful. I have a kitchen set sitting in a folder meaning to finish it, if you need anymore help just ask .

I baked it after removing doubles then using limited dissolve and the seam went away. I also used smart UV mapping.

There is a "discontinuation of the texture around that part" because you didn't change the margin when baking. Also, that's a really high poly table.
