Hi there! Not a mod, but I found a cheat that you can use to make your sim good at chopsticks instantly, which should negate the need to have a mod in the first place.
Just Ctrl+Shift+C and type in 'traits.equip_trait ChopstickSavvy' without the quotes and you're good to go. I imagine you'll probably do that straight out of CAS for every Asian sim but you can do it whenever.

So something that the Sims 3 had (if I'm remembering right) that the Sims 4 bizarrely doesn't, is an interface with a list of books that the Sim in question has completed (as well as a numerical statistic of the total number of books read and their favourite genre etc). Right now the only way to check if my Sim has already finished reading a book is to open up the bookcase and slowly click through each and every book to see if the option says "Read" or "Reread". If the mod/script does at least one of these things I'll be happy. - Adds a checkbox, in either the bookcase inventory interface or the list of books that pops up after selecting "Read..." or both, that allows you to filter books based on whether or not the Sim has read them. Checking it will hide the books that have "Reread" as the action.
- Adds a red (or orange, or green, or... you get it) border around the books that have already been read in either or both the above mentioned menus.
- A separate interface like in Sims 3 that keeps track of all the titles of the books your Sim has read. Less immediately useful than the first two but at least if I remember seeing the title in the "Books Read" list, I can mouse over the book in the bookcase inventory and see the title and not have to bother clicking. Even better, I might recognise the cover (if I don't have many books).
- Sorts books (via dropdown list) by things like "Unread", "Read", "Skill", "Genre", or whatever options, as long as the first one is there.
- When a Sim goes to read a book autonomously, automatically select a book they have not already completed.
Please and thanks. I'm getting a headache trying to stop my Sims from rereading the same thing over and over again every single day when there are clearly unread and unfinished books still in their shelf.
Edited for better readability
