Thanks for the suggestions BokchoiJo. I obviously have no idea what I'm doing, so I think I'll just quit while I'm ahead because I've tried but nothing seems to be working.
Maybe I'll start over with an easier project at some future point.
I really appreciate you taking the time to reply, and I'm sorry if I wasted your time. I will keep all of your suggestions in mind for the future if I ever decide to try this again. Thank you infinitely.

Hello all!
I'm hoping somebody can help me with this issue. I'm trying to make a sports medal, and I cloned the dogtag style base game male necklace. I made my mesh, UV-mapped it successfully, and it looks nice in Blender and S4S (or as nice as it can look with my "test" texture). The problem is, when I get it in game, the ribbon part of the medal looks fine, but the medallion part is disconnected or floating away from it. The medallion either seems to be connected to my sim's belly or to his head, because it appears to move more when he turns his head in CAS, and when I tried to test it with different body types, there was a spike or vertex sort of connecting it?
I know I don't need Blender 2.70 to transfer weights; however, that is in fact the version I'm using (I also have 3.3.9 - should I be using that instead?) and I've read all the tutorials I can find on here. I've tried to transfer weights from the dogtag necklace to my medal multiple times, but it continues to have the same issue with the medallion floating away from the ribbon and looking like it's connected weirdly to my sim. I'm sure there's something I'm overlooking, but I cannot figure out what it is.
I'm putting links to my blend and package below, so hopefully someone can sort me out. Any help would be greatly appreciated! *begs*
This is what it looks like:
(I'm sorry... for some reason it won't let me insert images!)
And here are my files:
A thousand thanks to anyone who can assist me with this!

Yes, I am using it with Horses as well, and it seems to be working fine over here! There are a few blank selections on the pie menu, but otherwise, I don't see any problems with the July 2023 patch and Horse Ranch

1). Are you using a laptop? If yes, does it have a MUX switch? I have a laptop, no MUX switch 2). Do you have Windows or MacOS? What version? Windows 11 3). Did you replace the skin of the default avatar? No, it's the one S4S came with 4). Do you encounter this problem when using My CC feature only or always? Always, 100% of the time 5). Does it happen with all items regardless or only with the ones that use Color sliders ( skin, makeup, eyebrows, eyes, custom color slider compatible hair, etc)? (please check the files for hair, clothing, accessories, skins, etc, not the same category ). If only on specific items, please share those files; It happens with every single item 6). After encountering this issue, check if a new file appeared in C:\Users\----\Documents\Sims 4 Studio\Logs (should have today's date). If yes, open it with a notepad, copy-paste the content here,

Hello all!
I recently got a new computer and of course I needed to install S4S! I have Windows 11 and I have installed the Open Beta for Windows. Unfortunately, I can't use it because the preview pane seems to be broken. Can anyone tell me why it looks like this?
EDiT// My image won't attach, for some reason. In any case, the preview pane doesn't show the sim model. It seems to be a flat image, and there are white lines all through it so that it's impossible to see the full project.

Hello! Is it possible to make eye recolours that work for both aliens and humans? I've made a recolour and it works great(thanks for the tutorial!) The problem is, I have ticked both "human" and "alien" under Occult and then "apply to all swatches" but it does not show up for aliens.
Is there any way to fix this, or do I have to make a second set for aliens?
