After updating to Candy Apple I can't import any meshes I have made. When I try, it simply processes a bit and then nothing happens. I don't get any error messages.
I used to be able to with the previous version of s4studio.
I have tried deleting the s4studio folder from documents, and regenerating it.
I have OSX Sierra 10.12.6

Hi! I'm sorry to ask this, but have you checked that the cut numbers match the original mesh? with cut number do you mean GEOM 0000? How do I check if they match? I have created a new mesh in MD and gone through the "start to finish" tutorial.

You export the original EA mesh and compare it to yours. Your blend must have the same amount of mesh groups with their respectice cut numbers as the original item that you cloned.

I have followed this tutorial sims4studio.com/thread/7044/finish-marvelous-designer-clothing-tutorialI have made a mesh in Marvelous designer. I used an EA mesh to transfer weights, is that what you mean with mesh groups? I wrote GEOM 0000 under type and cut.

if your blend file only has one cut, trying cloning the nude package and then importing your mesh into it.

I tried making a new package file with the nude top, and then importing my mesh, but it doesn't work. I've never had a problem importing any mesh into s4studio, before I updated to Candy Apple yesterday. I think it's either a problem with Candy Apple or something I did when installing blender or s4studio. Is there any way I can download the previous version of s4studio?

I shared my mesh in another post because I had an issue with clipping, from not transferring the weights right or not having joined the vertices. I tried all over again, but my issue is now that I can't test the new mesh I have made because I can't import it into s4studio. sims4studio.com/thread/12067/md-mesh-clipping-resize-images

try decreasing the amount of polygons your mesh has and see if it fixes anything.

try converting it to triangles. studio converts any quad meshes to tris and this could also be a problem.

Hi yettiThere is a bug for some people with the last version of S4S on Mac (candy Apple) The preview doesn't get refreshed when you import a mesh for CAS items. Simply save your project. Close it then re-open it and the preview will show the updated mesh.
