I found this great video that very patiently explains the Blender 2.79 BSurface function. Great for getting wonky topology looking nice and neat. BSurface for Retopology Video

Mauvemorn made the following comment regarding the BSurface video, and I thought it'd be a good idea to include it here, just for everyone's FYI. "In the tutorial, after enabling snapping, [seen at around the 4:30 mark] he also enabled Automatically Merge Vertices Moved to the Same Location. I suggest to never use this feature bc it lags (at least for me). Not only does it not always merge them, but also does something that makes you unable to Remove Doubles after." For reference, the Automatically Merge Vertices Moved to the Same Location button is located just to the right of the little magnet icon, and you have to be in edit mode to see it.
