As you can see I'm having a bunch of issues here. I have adapted this for children but the tail is too far no matter how close I move it. There is also a shadow around the wrist for some reason. I did use a bracelet to transfer the weights. With the wings it removes the hair from and won't allow any hair to placed on the head, and again the shadow is still on her head. I'm just a little confused. imgur.com/9CBVJZtimgur.com/A9z0R1nimgur.com/pDWI1YPimgur.com/b4XIdWa

Hi. To make sure a garment animates, we rig it. Rigging is a process of creating a skeleton made of bones and defining how each of them will affect a 3d model. Since we create for the game, the skeleton as well as rigged garments are already provided. All we need to do is to transfer information from them. You transferred weights from a bracelet that is situated in the wrist area and is affected by hand and forearm bones to a tail and wings that are in completely different places and should be affected by completely different bones. So that is why they are moving with the arm bones instead of staying attached to where they should be.
Weights do not leave shadows. If you cloned a hat, it is tuned to hide hair. The shadow comes from the shadow map of the hat.
Anyway, please always share the packages and the .blend files you imported into them

To be very honest I'm not sure how to share the package files on here, I couldn't even get the images to show up... o.O But if you could help me with either of those I could post the package A.S.A.P. Thank you loads! xx

The shadow around the wrist will also be left over from the bracelet you originally cloned. You would need to edit the shadow texture and make it blank in order to get rid of the wrist shadows.
For sharing packages you will need to upload them somewhere like onedrive and then link to them. This forum doesn't host files.

For the tail:
Create b__Pelvis__ vertex group and assign the whole tail to it For the wings, assign them to b__Spine1__

You need to clean the shadow maps, they are under the diffuse maps

in s4s, under the diffuse map, there is a shadow map. Select it and click on Make blank button
