It isn't uv mapped properly, it all needs to be mapped within the torso space for CAS textures. This thread might help you.

I don't have Marvelous so I can't check there, but it's definitely mapped wrong in Blender. Edit: this is how your mesh is mapped (in blender) this is (very roughly) how it should be mapped:

The uvs will not be mapped properly when you export them from MD because there the uv space is square and there are no limitations as to where you can and cannot put uvs. The placement of uvs is edited after you get the mesh in Blender, all of it is shown in the tutorial

I literally fixed the uv before exporting it. hahah well Ill look over that tutorial heavily! Thank you!
