It doesn't work because the UV map is wrong. mesh_1 is correct for the side panels but mesh_2 and mesh_3 don't fit on the texture. mesh_2 looks like it is scaled too big and mesh_3 looks to be the wrong size and in the wrong place.

Have you Removed Doubles on your mesh at all to remove any seams?

Have you checked what the object actually looks like in the game yet though?

They're really too specific to his one project though for anybody else here to be able to answer them.

Who are you asking these questions to? It seems as though you are asking about the new Brookheights open world mod from TheSimsPlus.

Providing the package and blend files would be best. It's hard to tell just from pictures sometimes.

I think perhaps it might be best if you share one of your files that won't show up for you so someone can take a look.

The weird stretched dark shadow lines across your objects are cause by the poly count being too high. Anything over 10K and they start to show up. The second issue looks like you haven't split the edges of the objects correctly in blender. You'll need to send over your blend files for someone to check those.

It looks as though you may need to update your specular and bump textures. You can find these in the Warehouse tab. I don't think it's possible to make the logo light up.

What are you trying to create when you say CC? Are they recolours, meshes, or perhaps mods?

It looks to me like it might be the bump map smoothing things out too much. Try replacing the bump texture with a solid mid-tone grey one and see if that makes any difference.

You will unfortunately need to export every single swatch colour texture that you want to use from the CC to replace the game ones with. If you look at your pictures showing off the black swatch you can see the textures are different. The red hair in your last screenshot does not have these edits on the texture and is still using the EA original texture. Every single hair in the game has its own unique colour texture. Hairs only share shadow, specular, and normal textures within a style.

I agree that it looks inside-out. Also be aware that objects that include transparancy don't always look the same as the studio view when you get them in game.
