I'm a little late on the progress, but I think what you have planned is amazing! I'm sorry to see it's giving you so much trouble, but I'm VERY impressed by the detail and effort you're putting into this project. I look forward to seeing it progress in the future!

I also feel that the creativity is lacking. The content is elaborate, but it's missing the classic feel of the sims games. I personally would be very interested to see what you could accomplish with TS3. It's a fully completed game, so it seems as though you'd have more to work with in terms of source material. I think you've done great work so far, so I'd hate to see you retire, but it's entirely up to you!

I had the same problem to begin with! What you need to do is trace 3 runes at a time, one right after the other, to unlock certain spells. For instance, tracing the Earth, Energy, and Light runes will give you the Wild Growth power. I hope that makes sense. >.<

Sounds like the start of something amazing! Can't wait to see what you create! If I were more skilled in meshing and animation, I'd offer to help, but instead I'll settle for being a patient observer.

Sweet! It would be interesting if you could incorporate some sort of sim-to-sim teaching aspect, similar to how vampires can offer each other "vampire training". This could help them increase their magic skill.

That sounds really cool! I like that its such a detailed process to gain powers and level up. It'll make playing as this pseudo-lifestate a lot more interesting. So, will each level of the skill have a specific ink to create and learn from?

Personally, I think you've started a really awesome and incredibly detailed project. I really enjoyed the "learning" aspect of the 3 elements system and that you can unlock the spells in whichever order you wish. Whatever you create to replace it, I think that would be a cool aspect to keep. I look forward to seeing what you come up with! You've already created content that measures up to the current occults.
