I don't know if you noticed but I have also stated in those exact threads that my problem WAS NOT fixed and/or had to do the whole project over again. There is no need to be rude. I thought this site was for helping people.

I fixed the some problems on my own but there's still some clashing with the hair and certain skin overlays and at the front of a hair there are nude stripes? Any help with this?

I got permission to share these hairs with the public. I just wanted to know how I could remove the accessories and sims' skin colour from these converted hairs? I tried to UV Map them correctly in Blender and think I've got it right? Here are the Blender files for all four and Here are the packages for all four Pictures below:

First of all, the UV should be inside the boundaries of the checkered canvas not outside the UV boundaries. So you should fix that if you've modified the hair's uv. Secondly, if you read the notes of the TS3 link you shared above, it says that the base is a chopped version. If you want the long version, then you should look for the original hair and grab it's alpha channel or texture. This is the part of the texture that controls the lengh: How do I move the uv in Blender? Sorry for the late response!

you move the uv in blender. and in the warehouse tab, you should see a bunch of geometries. click on each one at a time and scroll down until you see a tab called shader. it will be simskin. you need to change it to simglass. if you share your blend and package file i can try to help you further with the uv placement. Okay so I figured out the simglass thing on my own, Here are my package files for the hair Thanks in advance for your help :3

I didn't want the hair to be chopped! I wanted it long and like it is in the picture it's just that the texture isn't showing on all of the hair. I guess that's what the sims 3 version looks like?

you didn't change the geometry's shader to simglass. also, the texture isn't covering all the planes. you may need to move the uv around a little. How do I change the shader to simglass??? And is the texture the UV and do I move it in Photoshop or in Blender?

I wasn't trying to make it hat compatible so this one I'm not really worried about. As for the UV part: How do I rename the UV's? and add a UV_1? This is my first time working with hair.

Does anyone know how I can remove the areas where the sims' skin is showing on the front of the hair? I have permission to convert this from The Sims 3 for personal use. And I know it's not an accessory, clothing item or skin overlay causing this because I had stripped the sim down to only the hair and still had this problem.
