Jlynn73f, I agree with you, even if I finally found my way to this version of the Sims. I misss "Pets" and "Seasons" and like you I miss several features of previous versions. I may be wrong, but I think that Sims 4 was a step backwards compared to Sims 3. No color wheel, no "constrainfloorelevation" (this code was so precious)... But it happened something like a miracle: As I kept wondering if I would leave Sims 4 and go back to Sims 3, I discovered this site... and S4S... and Blender... and tons of wonderful tutorials!!! It was like a key opening the door to Sims 4. I remember the day (2 years ago) I discovered Om's tutorial teaching how to convert Sims 2 objects to Sims 4. First I was lost, but I tried and re-tried and finally got it. It was such a delight that I began to love Sims 4, because I was able to do things that I never did in the previous versions. In fact Sims 4 and Sims 4 Studio are ( on my eyes) inseparable from each other. When a new pack is released I am not greatly interested in the gameplay, but in new objects and furniture: I don't really play, my passion is to build and decorate. It's why I am so grateful to S4S. I can no longer build a sloped driveway, but I can add gorgeous cc that was lost in Sims 3 and is back in Sims 4. Finally, you, all experts on this site, you allowed me to love Sims 4.

O yeah, Felixandre, I totally agree with you. You HAVE TO SPARE. i.e I konw that Easter is coming and I am worried. Don't forget that you have to spare, well it means: No Easter chocolate: No bell, no bunny, no egg etc ... You need your new laptop and we NEED to see more gorgeous pictures and to download your treasures (!!!)

Oh! It is so sad. I share what you feel. So much work and such a great job, it is awful. Dear Felixandre, take a good break, as long as you need. Then you'll see: Your enthusiasm will be back and you'll rebuild everything you have lost. Very good new is that you still have your models and pictures of your buildings. Meanwhile we'll miss you, but we enjoy in advance your future creations. I look forward to hearing from you

Unfortunately (!? ) I have everything... for Sims 1, 2, 3 and now 4. It's the sad story of an addiction. Usually I don't play with simmies, but I absolutely need to build and decorate. When a new pack is released I don't really know what it adds to gameplay, but I check feverishly all new objects for my houses . For example, I am not greatly interested in vampires, but was delighted with some very nice things in the pack.
It is absolute madness and I fear that there is no cure, but there is also no cruel pain, except for simoleons and some overloaded shelves...and many shortened nights.
More seriously: There are however two packs that I adored - for gameplay- in the previous sims games: Pets and Seasons. Hopefully Ea will release them for Sims 4.
Have ALL lots of fun!
Yunanesca, your house is really beautiful and creative, love it.

Mathcope, thank you so much for sharing the video. Have to confess that I am not deeply interested in vampires (in general), but I had a good laugh and enjoyed the amazing pics. I will not miss this great addition to the game.... Hm.. Now I'll just make sure that all doors and windows are shut tightly at home... :D

Sims life is much better, I have a castle in progress, it takes all my free time and I have TONS of beautiful stuff to download, you wonderful artists, you release so many treasures every day.... well I am constantly in a hurry... Building or downloading ???? Dear friends, I wish you with all my heart a merry Christmas and very happy holidays if you don't celebrate Christmas.

Bravo! I am in love with your chinese and indian clothes. There are only a few clothes in my game because my" Mods" folder is full of furniture for my houses and you know, in Sims life just as in RL you have to make choices. But my simmies will wear your clothes: After seeing them they absolutely need them. A big thank you for sharing this treasure with us.
