I have followed the tutorial but my thumbnail does not show. I have the latest patch, Studio and the Backyard stuff pack.

Hi anidup, when you say the thumbnail doesn't show do you mean the game-generated thumbnail isn't showing in Studio or that one you've added doesn't show in the game?

The one I have added through the tools menu. It shows up correct in Studio, but it does not show when I check them in game.

Thanks a lot! But is there a way to delete the cc EA's wrench icon? I want to make my own cc stuff pack and I'm planning to add a custom icon as well. But as you said the wrench usually covers it up.
~Thanks~

Hi anidup, can you post the .package that's giving you this trouble?
Hi giannisk13, unfortunately the only way to hide the wrench icon is by adding a mod to your mods folder. This means that anyone who wants to hide them has to get the mod and people who don't want to hide it will get a wrench blocking your icon if you put it in the same place EA uses for the wrench. There is a wrench-hiding mod in the AOM Studio in the Creator Studio section here if you're interested in blocking them in your own game. If you're making something to share the best you can do is put your icon in a corner EA isn't using for the wrench.

anidup, Have you tried deleting the localthumbcache.package? You can simply do this by going to tools in S4S and then click on Clear Thumbnail Cache. Your game saves all the thumbnails it generates and if you changed one in Studio and don't delete the cache, it will still show the old one instead of the new one. After deleting it, it will generate all those thumbnails again and your new thumbnail will probably show.
