Hi, welcome to the forum! Please download the latest version of S4S and have your game up to date.
Once in S4S head over to the top menu bar and go to: Tools >> Batch Fixes >> Objects >> (select the batch fix you need).
S4S creates a backup of the fixed files on your documents / sims 4 studio folder in case you have any issues afterwards.

How can I do this with Windows? I downloaded the Beta version, but there is no actual application to download the program. Is beta only for Mac users? I uninstalled S4S Wishes v3.1.0.3 I believe it was so I could get the new one, but it doesn't have an "application" for me to install the actual program. All i see is files in the download. I'm new to all of this so I really don't know how this works I always used the Community Tested versions. Can you help me with this please?

Hi, I'm having a problem. I download the installer, but when I open it no action runs to install or run the S4S. Please help. I already uninstalled the previous version of S4S i had. Thanks

Can I Batch fix merged CC? I haven't had issues doing it in the past. you can test it out by only leaving the merged file in your mods and moving the rest of your cc elsewhere. run the batch (it will tell you how many items were fixed) and test it in game. |

Quick question...so once you've done the batch fix all the files in the folder are now good to go?

Hi sharris8, once you've run the batch-fixer, all the files in the folder you ran the fixer on are fixed. Studio will also make a backup folder of all files that were fixed. This folder contains the files in their original (un-batch-fixed) state should you need them for anything. Please note, there isn't a batch-fix yet for all types of objects that were affected by the patch. As reports have come in, more batch-fixes have been added, but there are still more that are in the works.  |

I did the batch fix the first time it was released and my sofas still didn't work. I ran it again today with the newest version of S4S and they still aren't working. Am I doing something wrong? I run the batch fix (batch fix, cc, objects for pets), move them into the appropriate subfolder and replace the old old version. I open sims and get the LE and disappearing sofa's. I cleared my cache and restarted the game and that didn't work either. Any ideas?

I'm not sure what you mean by move files and replace the old version. Studio is fixing the files in the folder you point it at. The easiest way of doing things is just to point it at your Sims 4/Mods folder. It will create a backup of any file it changes in case you want to reverse the batch-fix later.

I didn't know that. I have been moving the backup folders into my mods folders! That would definitely explain why they aren't working! I thought the backup folder (didn't know it was the backup folder) into the mods. Thank you!

My couches still don't work after i did all the batch fixes. Witch exact batch fix do i need to run to fix cc couches?
What i mean by witch batch fix do i need to run i mean like do i need to press the :Fix beds for cats and dogs patch: or what cause none of the say sofas or couch..
