Hi orangemittens,
first I'd like to thank you for creating this mod! I was longing for something like that since I wasn't that comfortable with the actual way pets are introduced into Sims 4.
Second, I'd like to ask if you could give me the English text lines so I could translate them into German and then gving them to you so you could add them to your mod (German players have empty fields so they have to guess which action might be there)?

Hi everyone,
The playable pets mod doesn't have any text added to it that isn't already in the English version of the game. Since it unlocks so many things that are already part of the game and most of it is already in the English version of the game, it is difficult for us to get a list of which text needs translations and which does not. The easiest way that we could identify the translatable parts that are missing in non-English games would be for you to send us your string files from the Cats & Dogs expansion pack so that we can compare them to the English one and create a package for the missing translations out of the ones that are missing.
If any of you could send me the following package (just message me with a dropbox/onedrive/etc. link), we should be able to make a translatable package with the text that is missing from your version of the game.
In my game it is this:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4\EP04\Strings_ENG_US.package
It should be different for your game, for example Strings_GER_DE.package for German, Strings_POR_BR.package for Portuguese, or Strings_POL_PL.package for Polish.
If all non-English versions are missing the same strings, we will only need one of them. If EA has partially translated some languages and not others, we may need more to get full coverage of the missing text.

Thanks to all that have sent their string packages. We have all of them that we need to update the mod. The next version should get rid of most, if not all, of the empty pie menu options. Once the new version is up, we can start to translate them so that they don't show up in English for non-English games. The Portuguese translation has already been completed by lexus20, so we will not need a translation for Portuguese.
