Hi...soo I have finally figured out how to join and edit meshes together to create a new hair mesh. But im having some problems with UV mapping(i dont know how this works yet) and all the tutorials i found don't really answer my question.
I used a base game mesh and added an accessory from another hair. The problem is that on the uv map the first hair is taking all the space and i dont know where to put the second one. Originally i put it in an empty space but later found out that this affects other parts of the body.. So i ended up putting the accessory where it belongs even though it overlaps with the other hair. When i do that it looks right on blender but not in s4s with the current texture.
So what i'm asking is if there is a way to somehow join the two diffuse maps into one? possibly by baking them? So that i can use one map for the accesory, and the other one for the hair. And how would i save that and then use it as a texture in s4s?
And if that's not possible and i have to fit all of it into a single image how do I do that correctly?
I'm sorry if this is a stupid question with an obvious answer, but im confused. If anyone knows please tell me how to do it, and include as much information as you can xD. Thanks:/

Thanks, this helped me. I managed to fit it in one map.
