i am having the same issue except that the content on my sim when I shower is maxis content not cc. I tried to do what idigo said but I dont know how to do it with Maxis content. I found out that the bottoms are from vampires and the top is the pink bra. Any help would be appreciated I'm also having this issue with my young adult Sims to Elders bathing in maxis match clothing. My children, teen and toddlers are fine (I think my teens shower/bathe with no probs. I have to double check).

Is there a way I can do this manually and pick which cc I want to be unchecked from nude?

I'm suddenly having the problem with maxis content as well. None of it is CC. One of my sims is currently showering in one of the fancy dress outfits.
Does S4S have a way to fix that? Presumably the batch command only works on whatever is in your mods folder, and clearly maxis stuff isn't.

What I found was that a garment that was tagged incorrectly with bathing and situation tags would cause any Sim assigned to wear it to become permanently bugged so that, even if I took that garment out of the Mods folder entirely, it would always wear some garment in the shower...generally an EA default garment. The only direct solution to the bugged Sim was getting rid of it and making a new Sim. Batch fixing tags cannot fix a bugged Sim...it can only prevent them from getting bugged in the first place. This is why I recommend running the fixer on all new content you put in your Mods folder prior to using it. There is a discussion over at EA forums about this topic and one person said they found a workaround that sounds a little tedious but not too bad if you would prefer to try to keep the bugged Sims you have. I've never tried this myself but, while resetting the Sim's default clothes doesn't fix the bug, it seems you can copy outfits from an unbugged Sim over to one that is bugged and that will fix this. But I have tried to load a new game and new sims from EA, the male nude still get to wear EA default dresses??? what should I do ?

I saw a comment somewhere that suggested if they were in the folder you ran a no shower batch fix on then logically they will no longer be used in the shower. Since nude meshes are effectively like clothing (you "wear" the nude mesh at times of nudity) it's blacklisted from the shower just like any other type of clothing you run the batch fix on. If you've done this replace them with backups or re-download from the original creator. Then, when an affected sim is in the shower run MC Command Center's Dresser Clean on them and it should, hopefully, fix it.

IntroductionThis tutorial will show you how to use Sims 4 Studio to batch fix your entire mods folder so that custom clothing items don't show up on your Sim when the Sim is showering or taking a bath. It will fix every single garment.package in the folder you select to batch fix so be sure to remove anything from that folder that you don't want fixed prior to running the batch fixer. There are some circumstances under which a Sim can become "bugged" so that the Sim will always wear garments in the shower or the bath tub. This batch fixer will not fix a bugged Sim. All it will do is change the tags on all CAS clothing items in the folder so that they are no longer tagged for bathing. What you will needSims 4 Studio 2.5.0.3 or above. Instructions1. Open Sims 4 Studio and click the Ctrl key, the Shift key, and the c key on your computer keyboard all at the same time. 2. The Cheat Console will pop up. Type showernude into the box as shown and click the Ok button. 3. The Prevent CC Garments from showing up in the shower box will pop up. - By default it will be aimed at the Mods folder in your Sims 4 folder. If you would prefer to limit the coverage of the batch fix you can click Browse and browse to a folder within the Mods folder that you've placed all the items you want fixed inside. Studio will ignore any CC that isn't in the folder you select in the Mods folder box. - By default the batch backup folder will be placed in your Sims 4 Studio folder inside a folder called Batch Fixes. You can leave it there or browse to a different location if you wish. Once the settings are how you want them click the Run button. Studio will scan all the .packages in the folder you've selected and remove the Bathing tag from any item that has it. If that item also has Situation tagged it will remove that too. 4. When Studio has completed the batch fix the Results box will pop up. It will list how many items were fixed, how many it was unable to fix, and how many it looked at that did not require fixing. Click the OK button. If you have any questions about, or problems with, this process please post in this thread. Hi I have S4S Harmony and I have an issue with my cas tags because when there's the female/male tag all the cc doesn't show up and to make it show up I have to take it off but then all the male/female clothing show up too. So how can I re-stablish my cc so that all the female/male cc shows up under their tags? Please help T__T

Hi Orange. You mentioned EA default fixes for this in one post. How do you do that? This only helps with cc, but i'm having issues with game outfits in showers. Suggestions?

simour, the batch fixer only fixes custom content. If EA has categorized their item incorrectly you would need to fix that with a default override. I'm looking for help with doing this, I don't quite understand how to do that, and do it with all the clothing to make sure that none of them are incorrectly categorized.

Hello everyone! I'm having a problem with my game. I've ran Sims studio, and it fixed CC that had 'wrong' tags. I accidentally deleted the folder with batch fixes, so now when I run studio, there's nothing to fix. Despite that, my sims (both female and male) shower with clothing on. Female sim wears CC underwear, while male sim wears green T-shirt, that looks like Maxis, but his bottom is nude (with correct anatomy part). I've tried resetting bathing outfit and nothing happens.
It's kinda annoying to see sims showering with clothing. Maybe they think it's cool to wash clothes and themselves at the same time, but realistically; it's not how it works.
I need some help.
