I still have the problem of sims showering with clothes. The thing is that even after removing all CCs, deleting all cache files and repairing the game, sims still shower with EA clothes! This problem started for me since the patch before the cats and dogs patch. Right now my Mods folder is totally empty and my sims still shower with EA clothing. Don't know what else to do.

how do i open the cheat console if i'm using MAC? i tried using command and control button but it's not working. IntroductionThis tutorial will show you how to use Sims 4 Studio to batch fix your entire mods folder so that custom clothing items don't show up on your Sim when the Sim is showering or taking a bath. It will fix every single garment.package in the folder you select to batch fix so be sure to remove anything from that folder that you don't want fixed prior to running the batch fixer. There are some circumstances under which a Sim can become "bugged" so that the Sim will always wear garments in the shower or the bath tub. This batch fixer will not fix a bugged Sim. All it will do is change the tags on all CAS clothing items in the folder so that they are no longer tagged for bathing. What you will needSims 4 Studio 2.5.0.3 or above. Instructions1. Open Sims 4 Studio and click the Ctrl key, the Shift key, and the c key on your computer keyboard all at the same time. 2. The Cheat Console will pop up. Type showernude into the box as shown and click the Ok button. 3. The Prevent CC Garments from showing up in the shower box will pop up. - By default it will be aimed at the Mods folder in your Sims 4 folder. If you would prefer to limit the coverage of the batch fix you can click Browse and browse to a folder within the Mods folder that you've placed all the items you want fixed inside. Studio will ignore any CC that isn't in the folder you select in the Mods folder box. - By default the batch backup folder will be placed in your Sims 4 Studio folder inside a folder called Batch Fixes. You can leave it there or browse to a different location if you wish. Once the settings are how you want them click the Run button. Studio will scan all the .packages in the folder you've selected and remove the Bathing tag from any item that has it. If that item also has Situation tagged it will remove that too. 4. When Studio has completed the batch fix the Results box will pop up. It will list how many items were fixed, how many it was unable to fix, and how many it looked at that did not require fixing. Click the OK button. If you have any questions about, or problems with, this process please post in this thread.

I got the advice that the savegame probably broke and that I should start a new savegame with an empty Mods folder... and that worked... they showered nude again. Then I activated my mods folder again... and boom... they showered in EA clothing again... so... SOMETHING is causing this in the Mods folder... -.- EDIT: GOT IT! It was the custom nude skins... now with the "Reset Bathing outfit" they shower nude again and my savegames are fine again

I've managed to fix the nudity part. Copy outfit mod helped a great deal, but then...another problem took place. When you zoom in, the sim's body looks normal, but when you zoom out; male's torso remains normal, while his lower half shrinks, so his torso looks wider than his bottom, but when you zoom in; it gets fixed. Like it needs ironing in sort. o.O

Hi, I followed the steps and it fixed some archives but when I open the game the sim still wears rings when bathing. I don't know what else to do and it's getting annoying...
Any other ways to reset the bathing outfit or change it manually? Thank you!

It feels like I'm just complaining in every thread, I hope you know that I appreciate you guys so much and that I just want to let you know about things that might not be working properly! This batch fix (like some others unfortunately) doesn't always work for me either, e.g. two my sims keep wearing a specific pair of boots in the shower and I even removed the nude tag for them manually... is there another way to fix this maybe?

Hello everybody. I have a big problem and hope that maybe you can help me. Since the Tiny Living update, all of my mods have stopped working. Without mods, the game is no longer exciting for me. My game doesn't start at all, there is an error message. I wanted to remove one mod and had the problem again. In the end it would have been all mods ... Back then there was the batch fix for dogs and cats, after which my game ran again without problems. This time I let everyone run over it, but to no avail. Do you have any idea what I could try? Or what am I doing wrong with the studio?

Sorry for “reopening” an old topic, however before I follow the steps from this guide, I was wondering the following;
Apart from clothing, I also have customer skins and a default custom body. As you can imagine, I still want those to be visible in showers etc. Will the above program also remove those from bathing? Or just clothes?
Thanks a lot!

I hope this will work, because I'm too are so annoying that my sims have bath or shower with their clothes on. And I did download that resetclothes thing from mod the sims. Hope these two do the trick.
