hi! I suggest you take a look at the reply I posted on this thread on how to set the materials in blender properly. I'm assuming that's the issue you're having. sims4studio.com/thread/16364/uv-conflictsif that's not the case, please share the blend and package file so someone can take a look.

I tried going through the materials like you instructed, nothing out of the ordinary there. Here's my blend and package file.

oohhh nvm! I was looking at something else completely. now zooming in I see what you're asking about. hairs don't have the head mesh included in the group therefore you're not seeing what the actual head is picking up from the current texture you have. you need to delete from the texture (and alpha) what's overlapping. and it's all that border in the middle in semi circular you see in your texture.

I'm a little confused when you say delete from the texture and alpha. How do I go about doing that?
Also, I haven't run into this problem before. How do I avoid doing this again?
I'm sorry, i'm just a bit confused.

Basically, in blender, the texture is not being applied to the entire Sim model, just the hair you are actually working on. Studio is showing you what it will look like in game by applying the texture to the entire Sim as the game will do.
To fix this issue you will need to export the hair textures to an image editing software and erase the part of the hair that is overlapping the face. It's the part on the texture that looks like a thin semi-circular line.
