i have this problem with shadow and transparency someone really tried to help me with this months ago, but i couldn't make it work and then i got frustrate and give up, i tried a couple of tutorials from here and YouTube but i cant fix this i don't think i know enough to do this here are all the files i am using texture, the original mesh i used, the new one i made drive.google.com/open?id=10Vh380zR40hu1UFv_bYqNpyQTzuugvLj

Your mesh presents several problems. First of all, as i can tell from the video, the edges of the mesh are not properly cut, i suggest to look up a tutorial for how to use the Edge Split modifier on Blender and solve this issue. As for the shadow, it's most likely related to a wrong shadow mesh (the mesh called Shadow in the Mesh panel, displayed as grey in sims4studio). If that's not the case, you might wanna add an entry to your main mesh shader that prevents it from having an ambient occlusion pass (TUTORIAL)

have you try this link , i have a similar issue back but i got it solve . It is not then im sorry i cant be much help :'(
