Hello everyone! I am not a CC creator or a mod maker. I am master builder and interior designer. I rely heavily on the efforts and inspiration of you creators! Thank you so much for what you all do for the Sims franchise. Hi uhriahx, welcome to the forum! Just right in, have a good look around and you will feel at home in no time at all. It's awesome that you build and do interior design too. An instantly playable house is a Sim house indeed! You might like this board, Newest Uploads to quickly find the newest presents, and if you find you are liking a few things from any particular creator, you can "Follow" them so you can find them really quick from your own profile. Another favorite of mine is to "Bookmark" when I find something of interest. You can find those options at the top right of each board.

Hello! Thanks for having me! And thanks so very much for the Sims 4 Studio! I love CC, probably too much and I only started playing TS4 a couple days ago. Having access to S4S so early into my time playing has been awesomely convenient & helpful!
I have been playing this series since TS1 & got involved with many others (with whom I'm still friends with after 15+ years!!) who played TS1 & 2 via forums & such. I met most of them at Simbella's (if any of you remember some of the people who hung out there). I learned to recolor early on in TS2, got into it pretty hard & even started my own website for my recolors. It looks like I might be rediscovering my desire to recolor again. S4S will be the perfect tool, as well as having the guidance of you all here!
I recognize OM from a few other places (if you asked me to name where, I couldn't.). I just know she was a lovely human who was helpful and kind.
I am grateful to all who create because I tried my hand at meshing in ts2, too. I don't think I gave it enough time and gave up. For me, it was difficult. So, thanks to you all who create all of the tools and things we use for this wonderful game!! :D

I agree, it is such an incredible tool, and we are incredibly lucky to have it. I too have been a simmer since the beginning, and it has always been a passion. I was a SapphireSims creator & mod for a very long time; dabbled in meshing, but never got the hang of it either. Recoloring has come leaps and bounds since those many moons have passed. Jump in, poke around and you will find TONS of tutorials to help you excel. At the top right of each board, there is an action button that you can drop down and Bookmark your favorites! Don't forget, if you should like to share your creations, there is a wonderful area that you, me and so many others can easily load up your shares ... and you get your own page to do so too!

Hey guys! I've been randomly on and off this site for whenever I had questions or needed updates. This place has an amazing amount of resources!
I came very late to the party, as I only started playing Sims 3 in 2013 before Sims 4 came out and wish I had gotten here sooner! The sims has changed my life dramatically as it's opened all kinds of doors for me. I finally found a game that was heavily based on life which I love, as I'm a sucker for RPGs and simulators. I could create pretty much any sim and build any house if I put my mind to it. Then I discovered the modeling community (we make art with sims and compete in competitions) and CC and that opened even more doors. I went from having zero experience in editing to being pretty good at it, and also became interested in making CC and mods. This curiosity has also influenced me into attempting to make my own game, something else that fascinates me. Now I can't wait to become a creator, though I won't be able to do it now as I'm finishing up some side projects first (including expecting my first child in May). For now I dabble when the inspiration hits me. I even updated my first mod about a week ago as I found a tutorial on SimsVIP explaining the process, and I had a blast doing it even if I was confused reading the code (I know, I'm weird). (For those curious, it was the "No autonomous view aquarium" mod. Worked perfectly in-game!)
I also wanted to say thanks to everyone who writes tutorials, works on S4S, makes CC, mods, builds, etc. Your work is invaluable!
I hope to post more here and hopefully be creating full time soon. Thanks for having me!

awww I loved your presentation! it's good that you want to try to make your own game that without a doubt is someone who has a lot of will and ambition! just trust and everything will come out and it's good that you updated your first mod haha as for the other if it is to be appreciated that everyone contributes something and super necessary to be every day someone better in this topic of the cc and mods (without forgetting those who make constructions, stories, show images!) in short, you will surely find a great place in sims4studio :D

Um Hi, I'm MonoChaos and I just realized this thread existed. I've been creating Sims cc since 2005 starting with The Sims 2. I don't have as much experience with creating for the sims 3 since I did most of my customization from CAST. I've been creating cc for the sims 4 since I first got the game in February 2016. Only been releasing the Sims 4 cc since December 2017 though. You may have seen me around in several sims oriented discord servers. I often pluralize myself while talking and it slips into text chat too. Oh! There is a link to my blog where I post my cc on my user page. (or there should be at least)
I think that's all... nope one last thing I'm a crazy cat person that sadly has no cat(s) at the moment. Okay that's all.
Happy Simming and have a great day!

Thank you so much for what you all do for the Sims franchise. Hi there! Whether you make CC or just enjoying using it, S4S is a home for all. While the tool will always be there if you ever want to give cc-creating a shot, people who download, share and use cc are just as important to the sims community as those who make the content. Thank you for supporting these creators! Hello! Thanks for having me! And thanks so very much for the Sims 4 Studio! I love CC, probably too much and I only started playing TS4 a couple days ago. I'm really glad you've been enjoying the S4S program, I know I have. If you're looking to try meshing for ts4, head over to the catalog of tutorials HERE and give it a shot. Whether it's for meshing or recoloring, if you need any help with your creations, head HERE and see if anyone else has had a similar problem before. If not, feel free to ask for help, there are many helpful creators on this site! Happy simming!

Thanks for having me! Hi there! I completely understand what you mean about being late to the party. I started playing Sims 2 around when Sims 3 World Adventures came out and EA had already started to stop producing s2 games. I started playing Sims 3 around when Supernatural came out and moved onto 4 a little before Vampires (I guess my luck isn't that bad then). One good thing about starting late is that you don't have to deal with all the bugs that've gotten patched by the time you start. Anyway, this intro isn't about me. It's awesome to hear how inspired you've become and how you've able to dabble into modding enough to make a working mod; good job! Thank you for coming back to the site when you can and participating in the community! Good luck on all your future projects and I hope your pregnancy goes well! It's never too late to say hello! I too, am a crazy cat fanatic who is unfortunately catless; I stand with you in solidarity. It's great to hear that you've been making cc for so long and that you've been sharing your work for awhile! If I spot you in any other sims spaces, I'll be sure to say hello to you there. I hope all your future projects go well!

Plus you don't have to wait for a ton of content to release either. Base games can't keep us occupied for long. I hate waiting for Sims 4 packs though, I just want it all now! Ah, sorry, misunderstanding on my part. It's not my mod I updated, just a mod that has been broken for about 2 years. I wanted to update it for my game and was successful in doing so. I hope to make my own soon, just need an idea first. xD

Welcome to the community, and same here! You've been around for a long time. I only joined during the last year of Sims 3 (2013) and only just discovered Sims 2 a few years ago when they gave it away for free (I see now why everyone says it is the best). And I'm a crazy cat person too, currently with 4 cats. xD Hope you can get some kitties soon.

Hey everyone! My name is Amy, I'm 21yo and currently student teaching, about to graduate college (yikes). I'm a long time fan of sims but I only started modding my sims 4 game a few weeks ago. Safe to say, I'm hooked! And I think I may have what it takes to start coming up with my own custom content. Guess we'll see!

Hello! Well welcome These tutorials will help you create custom content: sims4studio.com/board/25/cas-pose-tutorialssims4studio.com/board/26/build-buy-tuning-tutorialsthere are some more but I always end up dizzy people so start there xD there are different branches the easiest thing is to make recolors Then you can go for the genetics or the beauty (Now there are also people who make presents or sliders (I get confused!)) and what requires more practice, time and effort would be to make a mesh

Hi hi! I've been here for ages but I figured it's never to late to introduce myself. I'm Elena, I go by the nickname Eleen, I'm 20 years old and I really love the Sims. I mod the sims 4 a lot but I never get around to sharing anything I create, oops! I have posted a few creations on my tumblr though, you can find me here
