Hi!!!
My name is Jazmín and I from Santiago, Chile.
I'm a heavy simmer since the Sims 1 and now I'm a graphic designer that works from home and is entering to the 3D Design World, so now I'm learning to create CC. Soon I'll update all my creations to the web.
Also, I'm working in my own entrepreneurship about textile design and home decoration. I use some Sims's pictures for promote it and I'll create content with The Sims.
I'm so happy to share with this community and very grateful for your readings!!!

It's great that you're making a bridge between your job and your hobby! I think using your own designs to make cc is a great idea. monas has already provided some extremely useful links for people new to custom content creation; I highly recommend checking out those links! It's great that you want to participate in this amazing community! Normally, most people are here to create custom content, but that's certainly not a necessity. If it weren't for the people going out and downloading the content, there wouldn't be a community in the first place! When you're downloading content from your favorite creators, make sure to leave a like and comment because a little love can go a long way to boost someone's confidence! As for actually making custom content, I'd advise you to check out this site's list of tutorials HERE. They're an amazing resource to help you get started and to learn the ropes of the program. If you're having trouble with a project, go HERE and see if anyone else has encountered the same issue as you. If not, feel free to ask! Once you have something you feel is finished, consider sharing it on this site by opening up a creator studio HERE. Hope that gives you an idea of how you can contribute to the community! |

Hi all My name is Kodi, and I have been playing the Sims games for years, and just starting to learn how to get into custom content creation. I have a Sims YouTube channel (that is not active yet). I need to invest in a better computer first. Every time I try to screen record my builds, my computer crashes :upset I'm so excited to start sharing my creations here as I make new stuff and learn new techniques  If anyone has good suggestions for PC's that are of good enough gaming and editing quality, but in affordable price ranges, please let me know. I currently own a HP Flyer Red laptop with Intel Pentium N3540 processor, 500 GB HDD, 4 GB RAM, and don't know what specific graphics I have. (I think it's something Intel) but I am looking for something better, preferably a desktop PC |

Since I have been here everyone has been pretty nice and helpful, have only ran into one rude person, but my guess is they where probably just a troll. Anyways as for PCs they can be expensive, especially if you are looking for a gaming/editing computer. Personally I can say mine works rather well and was probably the cheapest one we could find when I first started looking for decent gaming computers, however I needed to install a D drive because it didn't have enough storage for all my games. Anyways mine is a Predator 500 Series with a Windows 10 operator if you wanted to look into that. It is a couple years old now though, maybe like 3 or 4 years old, but still works well. Only issue is, it is not a desktop still worth checking out though if you where looking for decent computers.
