Hi! I am a female in my mid twenties who has programming experience. I have been playing the sims for 16 years now, and I am very interested in learning about how to create mods. If anyone could point me in a direction for that or collaborate with me, I would be grateful.

Hey there! New to making Sims 4 CC since I've only ever made it for Sims 3 (tend to only do builds for TS4&2), but my PC has been in storage since June and I miss making CC so much! So here I am, ready to get started with Sims4Studio and keep myself busy making stuff and things and more stuff.
Not much I can tell you about myself except I'm at an age where I don't like to admit my age, have been playing the Sims since the original was released way back when and I have an unhealthy obsession with Gerard Butler.

Freduardo here, longtime fan of the Sims (I also go by Fredward). I was very excited to find out about the Sims 4 Studio. Like many others here, I've been playing since the very first game. Ever since the Sims 2, I've been dying to learn how to create custom content to give my game a personal flair. I have downloaded plenty of creations from sites like the Sims Resource years back.
I love architecture and the Sims 4 provides a great creative outlet for me. I have a small amount of experience modding games — mainly in the form of building 3D environments in Source engine. So far, the only content I've ever created for a Sim game has been wall and floor coverings for the Sims 2, and a couple outfit recolors.
Anyway, I never know exactly how to end introductory posts so I'll just say I'm happy to be here and I look forward to meeting cool people and making cool stuff.

Hello, my name is Sophie. I made this account a couple years ago, but this is my first time posting in the forums. I'm 20 years old and am in school for Psychology. I've resurfaced my old account to learn to make CC for the Sims 4 and hopefully mods when I'm a bit more experienced.

Hi People, My name is Elijah. I have been playing The Sims 4 since it's free release last May, and I am interested in building houses and creating sims. I am interested in Anime, (Especially Pokemon and Boku no Hero), Music, and Piano. I'm new to this forum, have some experience in GIMP and The Sims 4 XML, and I need some assistance on how to use Blender. Hope you'll notice me and help me make some new CC's! (Btw I'm a Filipino, I'm 17 years old and I'm Grade 11 but I'm sometimes busy because of my School Requirements, but sometimes it's best to take some breaks from school, right? And you can call me either by My username, AijaJacobs, Aija, or Sky. Thank You.  ) |

Hi all! I'm Sophie, and I'm 19, currently in my second year of uni (and I also study Psychology, just like the Sophie two posts above me :D). I've been playing Sims since last May when the TS4 was free on Origin (but I have since bought both TS2 and TS3). I'm mostly interested in creating gameplay objects and interaction mods, but I'm open to almost anything. I have some experience with GIMP and Blender as well as Java and HTML, but it's been a while since I learned them, so treat me like a complete beginner!

Hello! Been a fan of the Sims series since its initial release! I took The Sims Bustin' Out GBA and The Sims Urbz GC a little too seriously growing up, ha! For desktop-went from 2000 straight to Sims 4 and what a surprise! Polished game and I can't wait to be a part of the mod community making custom decor.

I missed it when it came out as they didn't have a Mac client, and by the time they had the hype train had passed.. We have a lot of good tutorials on blender. One thing you need to be careful with is that s4studio only works with some versions of blender, not the most up to date ones. This is a tutorial on the basics of using blender to make earrings. |

Hello. I'm Michael, I started playing the Sims just this past spring (a couple weeks before it was free but I only paid like $4 for it) and am way too addicted to it already haha. I just downloaded S4S about a week and a half ago and I've already learned to do a few things like simple recolors, clayifying alpha hair, etc. Just today (which is what I spent all day working on) I figured out how to restrict Default Replacement Eyes and Non Defaults from showing up for Mermaids and Spellcasters. (all the occults showing for spellcasters was annoying me lol) I also figured out how to make non default eyes ONLY show up for spellcasters. Not sure why they didn't give them their own special eyes like the other occults, but heck if I'm not gonna have them in my game lol.
Also if anyone can point me to some tutorials on mod constructor that would be great. I'm a huge Doctor Who fan and after I finish my 100 baby, I'd like to do the Time Lord Challenge now that Zero released a Time Lords mod, but I can't seem to track down a Time Lord/Companion Trait or Aspiration anywhere so I figured I'd take a shot at making them.

hi all,
Im literally new to the sims gaming world.. (how have i missed all this!!) anyhow..ive jumped right in, and having fun.. and CC has been a blessing.. so many talented people out there. Only issue I have all the CC i down loaded are all invisible :(
Some people pointed me here, so i used the studio.. i can se all the CC have meshes, so im not sure why they are all invisible
Anyhow, first of many problems no doubt! nice to meet you all
