Hi my name is Jo and have been playing sims 4 since it came out. My platform is PC and I love using the sims 4 studio to create baby cc. Thank you for an awesome program. The tutorials here are awesome! 8-)

The tutorials here are awesome! 8-) Hey there! It's great to have you here! I'm glad you're taking advantage of both our list of tutorials and our Creator Help section! With that feature added with the Nifty Knitting pack, I'm excited to see the cc that will come out for babies. That being said, since it's so new, no one really has any experience working with that feature especially me but I hope you're able to get someone's help and figure it out in no time! Just as a friendly reminder, make sure to leave a thumbs up and comments on people's creations, both on here and on other sims platforms! Some nice words can really make someone's day and the more positivity you send you, the more likely that positivity will come back for you! Good luck on your future projects and happy simming!  |

I'm a 3D Generalist who's started to dabble in sims 4 content Creation!
I tend to dabble in bringing other video games into the sims 4 at the moment :D

Hey there! First of all, it's never too late to say hello! Second of all, I've actually seen some of your cc before and have downloaded some of your pokemon stuff! It's great to hear that you've gotten so much use out of the program and the site! Since you do have a patreon, make sure you're aware of EA's stance on patreon HERE. Normally, I'd give you links to our list of tutorials and Creator Help section, but you seem to know your way around the site!I hope you continue using all the resources that this site offers and I can't wait to see the things you make in the future! Hi!
I’m usually quite a shy person online, but I thought I’d give it a shot and introduce myself here :-)
I’m a game developer and have been gaming my whole life. I discovered the sims quite late (Sims 3), but since then it quickly became the game I played the most by far and kept coming back to. I love building things in the game and can spend hours and hours at a time just in build/buy mode.
Since I mainly have coding experience and since I have a bit of time on my hands now, I thought creating CC for the sims would be an excellent way to learn some 3D skills. I love the tutorials on here, they’re really helping me out!
A big thanks to the creators of S4S for this great tool!

I think making custom content is an excellent way to hone your 3D skills! Being able to navigate and create things in blender is something that will definitely come in handy for you in your other projects outside of The Sims. If you ever need help with your custom content, you can check HERE and see if anyone else has encountered the same issue that you're having. If not, ask away! I don't think you will need to, since you have lots of your CC showcased on your youtube channel. If you are having trouble with a project, you can ask for help HERE. Make sure to check that section beforehand to see if anyone else has ever encountered the same issue you are having. If you want to post your work on this site, you can do it by making a Creator Studio HERE. It is not a requirement to post on here, but it is encouraged! Either way, keep up the great work! Hehe, heya. I'm a pretty shy person for the most part, but I finally got an account here since I like to consider myself a novice modder, thanks to the many tutorials here, and in case I have specific questions to something I can't really find the answer to.
I mainly like to edit CAS/furniture items (textures and meshes) for personal use and help create characters either made by me or my boyfriend. We like to do storytelling sessions that literally go on for hours and hours with our characters, and it's that where I found the interest to try and mod the game for our silly stories.
I'll probably be more of a forum lurker, but maybe one day I might share some of my creations if I think others could get enjoyment out of them as well. I've learned a whole lot by just messing around with what I'm working on and the trials and errors that come with them. It can be pretty frustrating at times, but I also find a lot of fun learning how to mod :')

Also be sure to check out the Creator Help section HERE whenever you need help finishing a project; just be sure to see if the issue you're having has already been solved before. When and if you decide to share your creations on this site, you can do so by opening up a Creator Studio HERE. If you saw something missing from your game, chances are there are tons of other players who'd love your content! While it's great to just make things for yourself, I can say as a CC creator myself, seeing other people use my work in their games is so fulfilling! You are absolutely right, this is the best place to start learning how to make cc! If you haven't done so already, check out our long list of tutorials HERE, as they do a great job at teaching you how to use the program, as well as, other programs like Blender. If you need help with completing a project, you should check HERE to see if anyone else has encountered the same issue that you're having before. If not, ask! I really hope you get to a point where you feel comfortable enough to share your cc with the world! One option is to open a Creator Studio HERE on this site! Hi everyone! I have been studying Blender specifically so I can make CC for Sims 4. It has been a very rocky and difficult path. But I have learned how to model based on importing the mesh of a CAS from Sims 4 Studio. However, I wanted to ask you guys, would any experts out there be available for tutoring over Zoom (or any video client)? I am trying to get to the UV map part and honestly I'm just so tired of things being difficult all the time. I want to make this clothing so much, but I feel like what I need to know will take me weeks and weeks to learn, where if I had a tutor it would take 1/10th of the time. I am happy to pay for this as well! I hope it's ok to ask this here. If not my apologies. I am just at my wits end and just need a break and for things to get easier. If anyone is interested or knows where I can find a tutor, I would be so very grateful! Thank you, and I look forward to interacting with this community more! I am so super excited to start making CC, it's been a dream of mine since last winter. |
