Yes, I did that too. But I have no idea what I did wrong. My Mural look ingame the same like in S4S...I have the complete picture just on 1 Wall Tile...and not over the 4 tiles as Mural. I follow exactly the video instructions by Bakie. But the Warehouse Tab look totally different from my new Version of S4S. So I'm not sure what I have to do.
This is the first time I try to make a Mural. I think when I see the Warehouse Steps in the new S4S Version, the problems should be solved.

Why is this not an option on the mac version? It won't allow you to edit the value, there's no option.

WHy do you need to rezise to the EA sizes (like 512x512) for short and med? What is wrong with the original size? I tried making wallpapers with the original size images and didn't see a problem... is this no longer necessary?

Hi, I'm using Sims 4 Studio 1.3.0.9 (Apple Blossom), I need to make a wall 2-tiles wide but I cant edit the diffuse scale (to 0.5 I guess?), it reverts to the original value even after clicking save.
Am I doing something wrong or is this feature not available for Mac yet?
Thanks!

Hi Orangemittens!
Thank you for this tutorial! I have followed both your tutorial and Baike's tutorial, but the Sims 4 Studio has changed so much, I'm not sure where to change the items in the Warehouse tab.
Appreciate any guidance you may have.
Thank you!

Can someone please confirm if you still need to resize wallpapers before importing the texture? This is doing my head in! If I resize to the squished version in the game my wallpapers are blurry and/or pixelated and unrecognisable, but if I make them the "correct" size the wallpapers show up fine. Thanks!(I'll attach an image later if needed)

Hi again, is there any chance in a future update for Mac that we can edit the wall diffuseUVscale value, to make different width walls? Thanks!

alexpilgrim version 1.3.1.2 included a fix for this. You should be able to edit it in the warehouse as shown in the tutorial now.

Have a great day and stay safe.

Hi all,
I am a Mac user. I recolored a brick wall and when I put the new file in the game it was incredibly blurry. I troubleshooted through my editing program and the issue seems to be that the act of exporting and re-importing the images themselves causes the image to blur. I noticed this when I exported and immediately re-imported without making any edits to the diffuse maps--the texture appeared fuzzier on the sample after it had been exported and re-imported. Anyone else have this issue?
Thanks Sarah

Hi, I was wondering whether this mini tutorial is up to date? I am trying to make a mural, like I did in the past, but when I go in game, it just does not look right.
I read the tutorial about changing the values, but it seems that the Items line does not have the down arrow anymore, and I can therefore not find the collection control box.
Please help.

Hello there! If you look over to where the tutorial says the dropdown arrow used to be, there should be a button that says "Edit Items." Click that, and it'll get you where you need to go. I hope this helps!
